KidsCity

Currently we offer ministry classes for nursery through kindergarten (5yr) age children.  We offer great teaching (more on that below), a safe environment, and lots of fun!  We highly value children worshiping with their parents so we encourage parents to get their children during or after communion in order to worship together as a family.

Once a month one of our worship leaders will lead the kids in worship through song based on the five fundamental truths of God we continually teach them.

As a church plant of The Village Church we have the huge blessing of using their fantastic nursery and preschool curriculum.  KidsCity’s Sunday teaching incorporates one of the following foundational beliefs into every lesson, and each week we send home a parent sheet for follow-up discussion.  It is our hope that these truths take a firm hold of your child’s heart and are carried with them the rest of their lives:

:: God made everything
:: God is in charge of everything
:: Jesus came to save sinners
:: God is good
:: God wants to talk with us

We require all our volunteers to be trained and screened and maintain strict teacher-to-child ratios to ensure safe care.

Further, we encourage parents – after the sermon – to pick up their kids for communion and worship so they might worship Jesus together as a family. You will see couples and families alike praying and taking communion together as a family.
