Prdx365: Ezekiel, 1 Peter, Psalms

For June’s Prdx365, we will finish Ezekiel, with the final sections detailing the hope we have in the Messiah, the true King Israel has longed for. Through this Messiah God will rescue and restore his people and defeat the evil in our hearts and in the world.

We will then spend a week reading through 1 Peter, taking a look at faithfulness in exile, and perseverance under persecution. This will provide helpful context as we continue our sermon series in Revelation, which depicts considerable persecution and tribulation for faithful followers of Jesus.

We will also continue Psalms, working through book 3 (chapters 73-89) where we see the Psalmist reflecting on God’s promises to David and most of book 4 which reflects on God’s worthy reign over all creation (chapters 90-106).
