PRDX Discipleship Class

How do we grow in God’s word together?Answering these questions helps us begin to understand the practical implications of Jesus’ words in Matthew 28:All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age. - Matthew 28:18-20” (ESV)Day-to-Day DiscipleshipWe all know discipleship is important. Jesus’ words are not ambiguous. This calling is clear yet we can often find ourselves wondering what discipleship looks like in the day-to-day of our lives. The purpose of the new Discipleship Class is to provide clarity about what discipleship at The Paradox actually looks like.We are praying God will bolster the mission of our City Groups and provide clarity for anyone that wants to disciple and be discipled. We are praying neighbors will be saved, coworkers will hear the gospel and partners will be cared for as a result of what the Lord will be pleased to do through this class. We want to see the earth saturated with the glory and grace of Jesus and we hope this to be a fruitful step towards that end.The ClassOur hope is the Discipleship Class will be as practical as possible. After the teaching each City Group will have the opportunity to gather and discuss the topic. In order to capitalize on this opportunity the Discipleship Class will be your City Group gathering for that week (the first Wednesday of the month).Childcare will be provided.The night will consist of a 30 - 45 minute teaching and 45 minutes for group discussion. The teachers will seek to provide biblical clarity and practical application. Please sit with your City Group when you arrive. If you are not a member of a City Group you will connect with a group led by one of our pastors for discussion.Registration and Planning Information• Pre-Registration for Childcare required.
