Resources On Creation

“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. “ Genesis 1:1

There are few phrases more widely identified with, and yet ignored within, the Christian worldview. Take a moment to pierce through the familiarity and ponder what is being described here: a perfect Being, already completely fulfilled within Trinitarian community, expressing his love through the creation of a world and beings to inhabit it. Picture the world as a canvas, with the divine hand coloring every sunrise, sculpting every mountain, and igniting every star. And then, tilt your gaze downward and consider Man, freshly knit by God’s own hands. Consider Man, whose only created purpose is to enjoy and steward creation, all the while existing in perfect and unbroken fellowship with the God who loves and creates.
